The essence of governance structure of fund is the mechanism of balance of power inside the fund , namely , the mechanism of setting up rights and obligations among the internal persons interested , such as , the investors of the fund ( securities holders ) , custodian trustees and trustors , etc . in this paper , the author , basing on the current situations about chinese trust - type funds , analyzes and approaches the establishment of a reasonable governance structure of trust - type funds by the way of positive and comparative research and so on
基金治理结构的实质就是基金内部的权力制衡机制，即基金投资者(持有人) 、基金管理人和基金托管人等基金内部关系人之间的权利义务设置的一整套机制。本文运用实证和比较等研究方法，立足于我国信托制基金发展的现状，对架构科学合理的基金治理结构进行了探讨。
